Yes, Door To Door Cargo Packers And Movers value the client and his expensive belongings. We have the needed vehicle carrier which can load the car in your presence at your home and similarly can deliver the same at your new home.
Can you hold the consignment at a destination for a week, if so what are the prices?
Yes, we can do this. The inspecting officer will address the questions.
What would be the cancellation charges if the pickup cancelled on pickup day?
The customer will be charged with pickup charges for packing / labor / vehicle.
What is the maximum liability of DTDCPM in case of lost consignment?
DTDCPM's liability for lost consignment during transit is restricted to the extent of the declared value or INR 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), whichever is lower.
What happens if the company is unable to deliver my car to the specified destination after pickup due to unavailability of car carrier?
In the event that a car carrier is unavailable to complete the transportation of your vehicle to the destination you provided after it has been picked up, the company will initiate a refund. This refund will be processed within 7 days after deducting any applicable pickup and delivery charges, as well as any taxes detailed in your invoice.
I am worried about my perishable food – items. How DTDCPM is going to handle and maintain the same?
Door To Door Cargo Packers And Movers advice the clients not to shift fast-perishable and food-items such as Vegetables, Fruits, Flowers, Ghee, Pickles etc. as these may spoil your other valuable items.
In case there is damage to the goods under transit, what kinds of settlement/procedures are followed by Door To Door Cargo Packers And Movers?
DTDCPM use all safety measures to avoid any kind of damage to your goods. However, in case of any unpredictable mishap, we ensure our client speedy settlement of their claims from the insurance company with whom we have long association and understanding.
If the quantity of goods is found to be less than what was mentioned in the quote after pickup, will the quoted amount be reduced?
No, once a booking is confirmed, the quoted amount remains fixed and cannot be reduced, even if the actual quantity of goods is lesser than what was initially declared.
